Content/Tweaks requested: 

  1. Footer Columns with locations - can we get a little more width to the two footer columns so hours don't wrap on full size desktop?  
  2. Main Nav Font - larger for full desktop, but avoid wrap/hamburger on large ipad? 
  3. Form titles in some modules are black background with black text (2nd form below?  
  4. In form below, the 3 fields per line breaks the left justification.  Should this be avoided in general, or is there a fix? 
  5. Form CSS Field Labels smaller than field choice options.    What are options here?
