The Steinway Society of Massachusetts annual Piano Competition will be held May 16-17, 2009, at historic Steinert Hall, 162 Boylston Street, Boston, MA.
The Steinway Society’s Piano Competition is open to amateur pianists in three age divisions: 9 and under, 10-12 and 13-18. Preliminary rounds will be held on Saturday, May 16, with the final competition in all divisions taking place on Sunday, May 17. Cash prizes will be awarded.
Entry applications are available on-line at steinwaysocietymass.org/, or at any M. Steinert & Sons showroom in Boston or Natick. Deadline for entries is April 17, 2009.
