Piano Academy

No matter what your age or experience, making music promotes a healthy sense of well being, accomplishment and personal creativity. Our goal is to help you explore the world of music through a series of classes, lessons and workshops so that you may enjoy the fulfillment that comes with making music.

The Piano Academy offers courses for everyone. Because we believe that playing the piano should be fun, our lessons are tailored specifically to the student’s goals and needs.

Whether you wish to explore a classical repertoire, learn about jazz or blues improvisation, play your favorite pop songs, or simply get acquainted with the piano, you will find an engaging and relaxing atmosphere that will help you learn at your own pace. You’ll also enjoy the privilege of playing magnificent Steinway concert grand pianos in recitals and workshops.

Student in The Piano Academy also receive invitations to special recital series at M. Steinert & Sons featuring some the region’s, nation’s and world’s top artists — an invaluable component of your music education.

We offer both group classes and private lessons for adults and children. Our programs include:

Private Lessons for All Ages
Private lessons are offered for children and adults at all levels of experience, and are ideal for people who desire a personalized curriculum. 15*, 30, 45 or 60-minute lessons are available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 9:00 and Sunday from 11:00am to 4pm*. Lessons can be geared towards any style of music and are designed to focus on individual goals.

Enrollment for private lessons can be requested at any time, but priority is given for early enrollment.

Private Lesson Tuition & Fees:
Per Quarter
Fourteen 15-minute Piano lessons (weekly) $280 *
Fourteen 30-Minute Private Lessons (weekly) $560
Fourteen 45-Minute Private Lessons (weekly) $770
Fourteen 60-Minute Private Lessons (weekly) $980

Tuition fees include all schedule private lessons, recitals and workshops. Additional lessons may be scheduled at an hourly rate of $70.

We schedule free lesson consultations all year around at Natick location. Consultations do not carry an obligation to register. Call us for information or to schedule an appointment.

Beginner Piano for Adults

Music for Little Mozarts
A piano class specifically designed for children 4 and 5 years of age. Children join “Mozart Mouse” and “Beethoven Bear” on a magical musical adventure while learning how to play the piano. Weekly classes include singing, coloring, dancing and movement, as well as one-on-one instruction. Children must be accompanied by a parent or primary care giver. Fee: $420 for 14 weeks.
